hahaha. jus thought i couldn't not blog about this. when was the last time we witnessed liverpool destroy another side 6-0? pool slaughtered the derby county rams by that result last night and i think the attacking play displayed by pool was amazing, unlike that of the last few seasons. yes, derby is the bottom team, but still, in a game without gerrard and carragher, it was great work by mascherano and pennant to build up the play, and a class act by torres to get his 2nd and 3rd goals in 3 games. who said torres would struggle in his 1st season in the EPL? in my opinion, there would be no problem for him to grab 20 goals in his debut season! the strength in depth of the squad rivals that of man utd and chelsea and the attacking play was such a joy to watch. gone are the days when pool would score solely through set-pieces and via gerrard's rockets. let's drop the "one-man team" tag that pool have recently had, shall we? everything seems to be going well for pool and it will take a massive injury crisis or major drop in form to dent our progress. if not for rob styles' error in the match against chelsea, pool would have had a perfect start to the season. liverpool have finally emerged as serious contenders for the EPL crown! matt n guofeng watch out! pool will humble man utd this season. hehes.
