today at work i met the most chiong hei woman i've seen in the 3weeks plus i've worked in the showroom. she was probably more than what even a multiple-award-winning customer serviceperson can bear. she was here to redeem this abalone gift set, and she kept insisting on choosing a perfect box due to "some dents here and there". i was okay with allowing her to pick la,but when she kept choosing up to 4 boxes,my supervisor david was like "madam we cannot allow you all to choose like that just because of some minor imperfections." lol and as if that wasn't enough, she was asking all sorts of questions about another product, the abalone yu-sheng. questions like,"are the ingredients inside fresh?", "what country is the yu-sheng from?malaysia or china?", "is this suitable for old people?cos i don't know if my mother will like it.what do u think?" and lots more. i mean, how in the world am i supposed to know?! lol. i was probably very patient by smiling and trying to answer her queries... david would probably jus ignore her or something la. she was in the shop for a good 30mins at least. and after she left,me n david were like, good riddance..lol. ohwell if there's one good thing i can take out of this,i gotta say it was a baptism of fire for my patience. yep. and it was a borderline pass.
