my com's working again!god is a great and miraculous god. (:
last week was one where i lost my com temporarily to some graphic card problem,but also one where i experienced god to the fullest once again.
it all started when i learnt that joseph was my new sheep.that happened on the thurs or fri of my birthday week.it was a truly surprising and heartening,if belated birthday present. this change seems like a mundane result of unit restructuring,but the curious thing is that something miraculous had taken place! (something more than just the change of shepherd itself.) something which only god, joseph n i know about. this incident has indeed proven to me once again that he is so real in our lives.
the second life-changing incident was me breaking out in tongues. it's been a long time coming but i guess god has a time n place for everything in our lives. it happened during the mass hs bapt on metamorphosis, which was on tuesday. although i was hs baptised in late 2004, i havent truly desired the gift of tongues which perhaps explains why i havent received it. but on tuesday, i figured i didnt want to live my christian life incomplete and devoid of the holy spirit. i've done that for a year and a half, how long more was i gonna wait? something in me pressed me on to receive the holy spirit once again, so there i was, with shuyi and yanshao praying so faithfully for me. it took me awhile, but i was finally able to speak out in some sort of tongues. my tongue n cheek area felt free to move and there was this sensation inside me. i can't really describe this in words but those who have gone through it know what i mean la. lol. it was almost as if i'd received christ once again! god is such a faithful god.
